What the tools store
The calculator, claim checker, and demand-letter builder run in your browser and do not transmit their entries to us. The evidence checklist may use local browser storage so your checks remain on that device.
Review requests
A review request may include contact, vehicle, accident, consent, source, and campaign information. It may be used to evaluate the request, contact you, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing team@diminishvalueclaim.com. Do not submit confidential or time-sensitive information.
